Drone Spray-on Hydrophobic Coating

Protective Hydrophobic Silicone Coating for Drone Applications

Long-lasting Water Repellency for Porous Surfaces

The Drone Spray-on Hydrophobic Coating (DHC) is a concentrated, eco-friendly, and pH-neutral solution designed for drone-assisted protection of porous surfaces. It forms a durable, breathable, and water-repellent layer that helps prevent water absorption, slows down the regrowth of biological organisms such as algae, fungi, and moss, and enhances the thermal efficiency of buildings.

Ideal for maintaining exterior surfaces in excellent condition, DHC extends the lifespan of materials exposed to weathering and environmental pollution — all while being safe for users, surfaces, and the environment.

Key Features

  • Spray-and-leave hydrophobic coating for porous surfaces
  • Provides strong water repellency and surface protection
  • Improves thermal efficiency and prevents weathering damage
  • Slows down biological growth (algae, fungi, moss, mildew)
  • Maintains the natural appearance and breathability of the substrate
  • Environmentally friendly: pH-neutral and water-based
  • Easy and safe to apply with drones or spraying systems
  • + 3 years of lifetime after application

Instructions for Use

  • Dilution: 1:10 (1 part DHC to 10 parts water)
  • Coverage: Minimum 0.15 L/m²
  • Water temperature: Recommended: 5ºC to 30ºC
  • Application method: Spray evenly using a low- or high-pressure foamer nozzle or drone system; spray-and-leave — no rinsing required.
  • Action time / Drying: No rinsing required; the surface becomes water-repellent after drying

Applications

  • Surfaces: Porous building materials such as concrete, stone, tiles, wood, brick, roofs, and façades
  • Ideal for: Building maintenance, architectural preservation, energy-efficient surface protection

Available Formats

  • 5 kg drum
  • 20 kg drum
  • 1000 kg IBC

FAQs

  • All porous surfaces including walls, facades, terraces, roofs, tiles, concrete, and wooden structures.

  • No. It maintains the natural appearance of the surface while adding a protective hydrophobic layer.

  • DHC provides at least 3 years of hydrophobic protection, depending on weather exposure and surface condition.

  • Yes. DHC is compatible with both drone-assisted and manual spraying systems.

  • Yes, the DHC is pH neutral, water based and free from harsh chemicals.
